We take care of our guests, always! The top priorities of the ColleMare Residence are the health, cleanliness and safety of our guests.

In response to the recent development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to adhere to the most recent advice and recommendations from the World Health Organization.

CLEANING and HYGIENE: at each guest change the apartment will be sanitized, applying strict hygiene protocols. If not expressly requested, no cleaning will be carried out during the stay.

EXCLUSIVITY: the whole house and garden are for exclusive use, the entrance is independent and there are no common areas with other guests.

FLEXIBILITY: the booking conditions will be more flexible and customized according to your needs.

SELF CHEK-IN: It will be possible to check-in and check-out, in complete autonomy, without ever entering into contact with the staff of the structure.

COMMUNICATION: the staff will always be at your disposal, through all the contacts of the structure.
